We want you to love your RESTDAY pieces. Please read our returns policy before making your purchase.
Change of mind & sizing
We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you regarding your refund or exchange.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items are made or ordered based on anticipated demand and may have longer processing times than in-stock items.
Estimated dispatch timeframes will be provided on the relevant product page. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.
Our standard return policy applies once your pre-order has been received.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Other remedies may apply for minor problems.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where applicable. Items marked as final sale or clearance are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us at restdayaus@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved.
