4. Prices and Payments
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

An order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling or refunding an order where there has been a genuine pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraudulent transaction or another reasonable issue preventing us from fulfilling the order.

7. Pre-Orders
Some RESTDAY products may be offered for pre-order.
Estimated dispatch dates or timeframes shown for pre-order products are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may be shipped once all products are available unless otherwise stated.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to pre-order purchases.
8. Shipping
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout based on the customer’s delivery location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
RESTDAY is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier networks, customs processing or other events outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct a promotion where an obvious error has occurred.

The RESTDAY name, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics and original website content belong to RESTDAY or are used with permission.
